If you are staying with your family on campus, you will find our "family cottages" equipped with the basics for a comfortable stay while you study.

We offer high-speed internet access in all our facilities and accommodations.

We have a free Laundry Center for the convenience of our students, where they can wash their clothes for free. In addition, we offer a paid laundry service for those who prefer this option.

General cleaning service is provided in student housing.

We have dedicated spaces for you to study with peace of mind, such as the library, study cubicles and all our green areas.

In our Luis Poma Forum, activities range from very formal ones, such as graduations, to dinners and presentations.

We offer food service in our cafeteria, which includes all meals of the day: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Stephan Schmidheiny Building at INCAE is an outstanding example of sustainability in modern architecture. Designed with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, it uses innovative technologies to reduce its environmental footprint. Every aspect of its design has been conceived with sustainability in mind. In addition, eco-friendly building materials and bioclimatic design techniques ensure a space that is not only beautiful and functional, but also environmentally friendly. The Stephan Schmidheiny Building not only demonstrates INCAE 's commitment to sustainability, but also inspires the community to adopt more environmentally responsible practices.
The Executive Residences Building at INCAE is an exemplary model of sustainability in hospitality. From its conception, it has been designed with a comprehensive focus on energy efficiency and resource conservation. With features such as LED lighting systems, automated temperature control and low water consumption faucets, the building significantly reduces its environmental impact. In addition, waste management and recycling practices have been implemented to minimize waste generation. With these measures, the Executive Residences Building not only offers comfortable, high-quality accommodations, but also demonstrates INCAE 's commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
The Walter Kissling Gam campus at INCAE is a true haven for biodiversity, where flora and fauna intertwine in harmony. Surrounded by lush tropical rainforests, the campus offers a natural refuge for a wide variety of species. From majestic kapok and almond trees to delicate orchids and ferns, the campus flora dazzles with its beauty and diversity. In addition, the avifauna is especially notable, with the presence of tropical birds such as toucans, parrots and hummingbirds that fill the air with their colorful songs. Mammals such as sloths, monkeys and coatis are also occasionally seen among the trees. This natural environment not only provides an inspiring environment for learning and reflection, but also promotes conservation and respect for wildlife at the heart of the academic community at INCAE.






Costa Rica, renowned for its exuberant biodiversity, is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna that fascinates scientists and tourists alike. Its dense tropical rainforests are home to an astonishing diversity of species, from colorful birds such as the quetzal and the toucan, to emblematic mammals such as sloths and howler monkeys. In its tropical waters, the coral reefs are home to an astounding number of tropical fish, sharks and sea turtles. In addition, Costa Rica's cloud forests and rainforests are adorned with lush vegetation including orchids, bromeliads, ferns and giant trees such as ceibos and almond trees. This small Central American country prides itself on being a sanctuary for wildlife, providing a spectacular setting for nature observation and conservation.
Near campus, there is a wide variety of restaurants, many of which specialize in Costa Rican cuisine. In addition, there is access to an even greater variety of food options through delivery services, such as Uber Eats, which deliver food directly to campus.

At INCAE, we are aware of the environmental impact of our activities. As an institution dedicated to train leaders for the integral development of the region, we promote initiatives aimed at sustainable development. Through various environmental projects and initiatives implemented on our campus, our goal is to bring the knowledge acquired in the classroom to everyday life, thus encouraging the experience of living on a sustainable campus.
