The first executive program conducted by INCAE outside the Central American region was PAG IX in Colombia.

Following the Advisory Center's experiences in several countries, the master's program offered another elective concentration: Public Management. The aim was for managers to learn about the functioning and interactions between the public and private sectors, and for government sector managers to acquire skills and tools characteristic of the private sector.

Our first Senior Management Program (PAG XVIII) in the Caribbean was successfully held in the Dominican Republic.
