Therefore, last Tuesday, January 21st, we had the honor of welcoming Mr. Jesús Carmona, President for Mexico and Central America of Schneider Electric, who shared his inspiring vision on leadership and career management in a unique Model Class.
With an outstanding international career, Mr. Carmona has led transformational initiatives in various regions of the world. An electrical engineer with a Global Executive MBA from Duke University and executive education at INSEAD and Harvard, he has worked and lived in five countries: Brazil, Canada, the United States, Venezuela and Mexico. In addition, he is fluent in four languages, a recognized speaker and... triathlete! 🏅
During his talk, Mr. Carmona invited us to reflect on fundamental questions in our professional careers:
According to him, the answer depends on where we are in our career and how we align our goals with our ambitions. His central message emphasized that:
