Companies in the 21st century that want to be competitive need to be able to grow and adapt effectively to the permanent changes that characterize the market.
What are the classic pillars of the traditional company? Obedience (following the rules), intellect (IQ), diligence.

However, let's think that change and uncertainty is not a choice we can make. Both exist, whether we look at them or not, they will be permanently in our lives. Gone are the days of security where in exchange for working according to the rules of an organization, we had that secure position, a monthly salary and a future retirement.
What prevents an international company from arriving and wanting to compete in the same market?

It would be convenient for us to consider the change as a "blessed opportunity", where we will no longer allow ourselves to do things by halves, but we will have to think about the best version of ourselves.

For this model where security no longer exists, neither for the company nor for individuals, what pillars are you relying on? On transparency, agility and collaboration, as longitudinal lines of communication within an organization. How we behave as employees and managers of a company will be built on these pillars.

What is being asked of us more and more is capacity, creativity and, above all that, that we bring out our passion, that we work from passion to build everything else.

And to bring out that passion we need self-knowledge. That knowledge of ourselves, knowing what are the things that move us, that make us different, that make us shine, is what now makes individuals competent, their ability to be the best version of themselves and to stop doing what they should and move on to what they know best.

That is precisely the goal of good coaching: to unleash the potential of individuals; to help them learn rather than teach.

Is your company already prepared to face the challenges of the 21st century?

Coaching serves to bring out the best in people. Good coaching is a bridge to help companies and their people to move from doing "business as usual", what they used to do, what they had not considered in depth whether it was the best or not, to doing what they do best".
