INCAE Business School has once again been recognized among the best business schools in the world, consolidating its position for the fifth consecutive year in the prestigious QS Global MBA Rankings. In the 2025 edition, INCAE is one of only two Latin American institutions in the Top 100, reaffirming its commitment to academic excellence and the professional development of its students. Along with INCAE, only EGADE Business School, from Mexico, is part of this exclusive group in Latin America.
The QS Global MBA & Master of Business 2025 Ranking includes 58 countries and territories, and evaluates the world's top 340 MBAs. Data for the QS MBA rankings are collected through surveys of employers, academics and business school staff. MBA programs are ranked on five key metrics, each of which is assigned a different weighting: employability (40%); return on investment (20%); entrepreneurship and alumni outcomes (15%); thought leadership (15%); class and faculty diversity (10%).
Employability is the central metric for the QS MBA rankings, meaning that the higher a program is ranked, the better its post-MBA job prospects, according to QS. To be included in the QS MBA rankings, business schools must be accredited by AACSB, AMBA or EFMD (EQUIS). This year, employability has been one of the institution's highlights, ranking 37th worldwide and #1 in Latin America in this category, surpassing other recognized global institutions.
The Rector of INCAE, Enrique Bolaños, expressed his satisfaction with this recognition: "These results are a testament to INCAE 's ongoing commitment to educational quality, innovative research and the training of professionals with a global perspective. Remaining in the Top 100 worldwide, and in particular reaching the 37th position in employability, demonstrates our ability to continue offering programs that prepare our graduates for the challenges of the business world."
The QS Global MBA Rankings is one of the most recognized and valued in the field of higher education internationally. INCAE 's achievements in this ranking reflect its continued focus on offering a world-class education, connecting its students to global networks of talent and opportunities.
For his part, Dean Bernard Kilian added: "At the regional level, our institution has maintained an outstanding position in Latin America, occupying second place in the ranking for the past five years. In 2025, the institution will once again consolidate its position as one of the leading business schools in the region."
With more than 60 years of experience, INCAE continues to lead the training of leaders in Latin America, promoting sustainable development and competitiveness in the region. HERE you can learn more about the Academic Programs offered by our institution.
