At INCAE Business School we recently shared with you our portfolio of programs and the launch of INCAE Online in partnership with EMERITUS. Now, it is a pleasure to share with you the updated programming with more than 10 new short courses completely virtual, in blended-learning format with a synchronous and asynchronous percentage.
Among the new content, we have included areas of personal interest that touch on how we reinvent ourselves and create value in an environment with new rules of the game and how we manage fear, enhance our leadership and relaunch our personal brand.
On the other hand, we also introduce topics of organizational interest: how to understand the new economy and its impact on business, manage finances and cash flow in the new conditions, design flexible working hours, manage virtual payroll, take care of wellbeing and mental health, manage fear and adapt new organizational processes; among others.
"Every day we can contribute something to ourselves or to others, but the most important thing is to do it with values and courage," said our Dean of Executive Education, Camelia Ilie, referring to the times we are going through. "In an environment with so much uncertainty, constancy, understanding the changes in the context and adapting solutions to changing needs are a matter of survival," she added.
The programs will be taught by professors from INCAE and we will also have guests to analyze other scenarios for the reconstruction of companies, economies and organizations in other countries.
