At the Health and Sports Club of INCAE, our mission is to encourage sports practice and healthy lifestyle habits among students, thus contributing to their emotional well-being and academic performance. We strive to create an environment that promotes a balance between study and physical activity, thus promoting a holistic lifestyle.
Our club is based on core values such as commitment to health and wellness, inclusion, respect, collaboration and self-improvement. We foster a culture of mutual support and motivation so that each member can achieve their individual and collective goals.
We are dedicated to organizing sporting events and health-related activities that allow students at INCAE to relax, unwind from academic stress and improve their performance in the classroom. We seek to create opportunities for club members to integrate, enjoy physical exercise and acquire healthy habits that will last beyond their time at the institution and the example to follow. Applaud individual and group sports achievements.
Members of the Health and Sports Club at INCAE enjoy a range of benefits including, participation in exclusive events, networking opportunities with other students interested in health and sport, being part of the correct use and contributions of the sports facilities, advice on nutrition and training in collaboration with the Wellness department to create activities together and a supportive environment to achieve an optimal balance between their studies and their physical and emotional well-being.
