As part of the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of INCAE Business School, we are pleased to announce a strategic alliance with the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, which redefines higher education opportunities in the country and strengthens our purpose of "transforming lives in Latin America for a better future". This collaboration translates into tangible benefits for Costa Rican students and professionals, enhancing their competencies and preparing them for the challenges of a globalized work environment.

This alliance is based on four pillars of impact for academic transformation, including:

  1. ULATINA Dual Degree Program-INCAE: this program offers students from majors such as Business Administration and Systems Engineering the opportunity to obtain a master's degree in Analytics, Innovation and Technology (MAIT) at INCAE, while completing their bachelor's degree at Universidad Latina. Participants will benefit from a dual degree in less time, specializing in strategic areas such as analytics and technology innovation, and will enjoy a 20% discount on the MAIT tuition.
  2. NextGen Program INCAE: a two-week intensive course aimed at young people from 17 years old that strengthens skills in entrepreneurship and data science. This program will be available in August during the semester break, with a 20% discount for ULATINA students and two full scholarships for members of the university's Innovation Club.
  3. Master Class of Professors from INCAE at ULATINA: every quarter, outstanding professors from INCAE will give free master classes at Universidad Latina, addressing topics of leadership, innovation and business management. These sessions will be open to all students, enriching their academic training with world-class perspectives.
  4. ULATINA Graduate Benefits: Graduates of the last three years of Universidad Latina will have access to a 20% discount on the master's degree programs of INCAE, encouraging continuing education and allowing Costa Rican professionals to maintain a competitive advantage in the labor market.

This collaboration seeks to prepare Costa Rican professionals for the challenges of the 21st century through a comprehensive education that combines a global approach and innovative tools. Both institutions share the vision of training leaders with solid academic, ethical and social values.

The rector of INCAE, Enrique Bolaños, reflected: "This alliance is an example of how, in the framework of our 60th anniversary, we continue working to expand our impact and strengthen our mission to transform lives in the region. Together, INCAE and Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, we prepare the leaders of tomorrow with the academic excellence that characterizes us."

"The collaboration between our institutions represents a bridge to a more competitive and sustainable future. This alliance not only benefits students, but also strengthens Costa Rica's capacity to face global challenges with highly trained professionals." Expressed Dean Bernard Kilian.

From INCAE, we extend our gratitude to the team that made this alliance possible and to all those who collaborate to bring quality education to more people. This agreement strengthens educational and professional ties in Costa Rica, reaffirming our commitment to continue leading in the region.
