She is Dominican with more than 14 years of management experience. In 2013, she joined INCAE coordinating the financial processes for Executive Education from Costa Rica. She is currently the Director of Strategy and Business Operations at INCAE for Executive Education and the Center for Collaborative and Women's Leadership. She has contributed to the establishment of indicators to measure the execution of the strategy at a global level. Haydée has successfully managed relationships with key clients and partners. Prior to joining INCAE, she worked as Quality Manager in a business process outsourcing company in the Dominican Republic.
He holds an MBA from INCAE and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Business Administration. She has dedicated her career to creating impact through measuring and improving experience delivery processes with a customer-centric approach. His leadership approach promotes business ethics and team achievement.
