She joined Talengo (then Norman Broadbent) to found the company in Spain, becoming General Manager and Director. In 2004, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer and a year later CEO of the company globally, as well as Director of the listed group to which the company then belonged. In 2007, she led the Management Buy-out of the business in Iberia and Latin America, becoming President of the firm now known as Talengo.
Krista specializes in the search for senior executives and Board Members within the Services, Industry, Construction and Infrastructure sectors in Iberia and Latin America.
She is the worldwide president of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC, based in New York), to which she has belonged since 2010.
Krista holds a B.A. in Spanish Philology from The George Washington University (Washington D.C.), Master of Arts from Middlebury College (Vermont), Master of Business Administration, Organizational Development, from the University of Maryland, Master Coach accredited by AECOP and Senior Management Coach from the Institute of Human Development (UK).
Krista is recognized by several international media and organizations as one of the 100 most important businesswomen in Ibero-America. She is a regular speaker on Leadership and Corporate Governance.
