The Career Development & Alumni Experience (CD&AE) department of INCAE Business School successfully held the Annual Meeting of Placement Allies Incaístas, last September 10, at the Costa Rica campus. This key event was attended by representatives of leading companies in the region, recognizing their invaluable support in the recruitment of talent trained at INCAE.
The day began with welcoming remarks by Geanina Cobb, director of CD&AE, who thanked the graduates for their confidence in the company as leaders committed to social and economic development.
"Thank you for being a fundamental element in this process, helping the potential of our professionals to drive the development of the region. Despite the challenges we face, we continue to dream and work together for a brighter future, hand in hand with a first-class education," Geanina told the company representatives, who attended both in person and virtually.
One of the most anticipated moments was the masterclass given by Professor Ramiro Casó, entitled: "Talent, discipline and productivity: how to promote growth without burnout". With his extensive experience in psychology and strategic planning, Professor Casó offered valuable tools for managing talent and maximizing performance in organizations.
During the event, the most outstanding employers of 2024 were mentioned. BAC Guatemala was awarded first place, followed by Grupo Ficohsa of Honduras, for its important collaboration in the recruitment of Incaístas.
The meeting concluded with the presentation of certificates to the attendees. The CD&AE team thanked all the participants, both on-site and virtual, for their commitment and support in this valuable day.
