The Multigeneration Upskilling and its Women Lead Summit event will bring together outstanding leaders from diverse industries to build and develop skills that respond to the challenges facing women in our region. It is a six-month program comprised of a series of 15 webinars with INCAE Business School professors and renowned experts, as well as face-to-face sessions during the Women Lead Summit on November 15-16, 2024 at our Costa Rica Campus.
Thanks to the collaboration of several donors, it is possible to carry out this program with unique characteristics, as part of the 60th Anniversary of INCAE, to learn, co-create and connect with women of different generations.
15 virtual sessions
Virtual classes start on October 15 ending May 30, 2025.The virtual format will include webinars, masterclasses and/or workshops, led by professors and representatives of high-level companies in the Central American economic sector.
2 days: experience + learning
The Women Lead Summit 2024 is the program's face-to-face of the program. It is designed with a one-day company tour experience and a day of plenaries, workshops and panels at the INCAE Campus in Costa Rica.
2 reverse mentoring
