Since the beginning of my term as President, in May 2015, I have emphasized three strategic initiatives: having greater contact with the Incaísta community, increasing our international partnerships, and strengthening our global positioning. Seven years - and one pandemic - later, I am pleased to share with you that we are meeting - and even exceeding in several areas - those goals.

The Incaísta network has been growing, expanding the number of members, the quality of the events, as well as the networking at a regional level. Therefore, from INCAE we seek to continue evolving to continue building a close and lifelong bond with each one of you, our students and graduates.

We want each and every one of our Incaístas students to feel accompanied throughout their entire experience at INCAE, which begins with the admissions process, continues throughout their student life and job search, and continues with their professional advancement and development for the rest of their lives. We aim to build a solid network that provides them with opportunities and benefits according to each professional stage. Ultimately, we want to help transform lives for life.

To achieve these expanded objectives, we have created a new Career Development & Alumni Experience office headed by Geanina Cobb who reports directly to the Deans. In this way, we will be providing a comprehensive service to graduates of the residential masters, masters and executive programs at all stages of their professional lives.

The Advancement office will continue to contribute to positioning INCAE as the only academic institution in Latin America with a global vocation since its foundation. Likewise, the Advancement team will continue to develop and cultivate new alliances that will enhance the impact of the institutional mission in the region.

I say goodbye by reiterating what I said seven years ago: "Together we have come far... and together we will go even further". Thank you for being an active part of this community of more than 18 thousand Incaístas of which we are deeply proud.
