The Center for Inclusive and Sustainable Leadership (CELIS) at INCAE presents its innovative Multigenerational Upskilling certification program, an initiative designed to promote the professional development of women of all ages, a unique opportunity to acquire new skills and adapt to the demands of today's working world as suggested by the World Economic Forum in its most recent publications.
This program, which is part of INCAE 's 60th anniversary activities and the first organized by CELIS to include tours of renowned companies, will bring together outstanding leaders from diverse industries, countries, genders and cultures in a multi-generational space designed for creation and skills development.
Gabriela Lucke, Director of CELIS, highlighted the relevance of the program: "In an ever-changing global environment, it is essential that women have the knowledge and tools necessary to face today's challenges. Multigenerational Upskilling focuses not only on the development of technical skills, but also on the creation of intergenerational support networks that promote joint growth."
The program lasts 6 months and includes more than 15 webinars, 2 face-to-face days with company tours as part of the Women LEAD Summit 2024, to be held on November 15 and 16 in Costa Rica, reverse mentoring with students from private and public schools, access to a community focused on continuous learning and a practical toolkit to apply the knowledge in their daily lives.
It is aimed at women at different stages of their lives and careers, from young professionals to established business leaders, fostering collaborative learning between generations.
Through the various lectures and workshops given by the professors of INCAE Business School and invited experts from the faculty, topics such as Personal Branding, Leadership, Leadership, Leadership in the Company, Leadership in the Company and Leadership in the Company will be addressed., Impact Roles, SustainabilityLife Balance, Communication in times of crisis, Communication in times of crisis, Communication in times of crisis, Communication in times of crisis, Communication in times of crisis., Access to finance, Entrepreneurship skills, Negotiating for themselves, Negotiating for the future, Artificial IntelligenceCircularity, Design for the Future, and Data Analysis, among others.
The program will bring together outstanding leaders from business, academia and the public sector to share experiences and inspire more generations of women; it also responds to the need to build more inclusive and sustainable spaces, promoting equity and diversity as pillars of economic and social progress in Latin America.
