Octavio Martínez, professor at INCAE , had an outstanding participation in the 12th Conference of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management, whose main theme was "The Challenges and Opportunities in the Management Disciplines Facing the Post-Pandemic in the Iberoamerican Region".
At this event, experts and academics from around the world gathered to explore the challenges and opportunities in management disciplines in the Ibero-American region in the post-pandemic era. The conference, which took place from December 7-9 in the Dominican Republic, provided a unique platform for the exchange of ideas and in-depth analysis of changes in the management landscape.
At this event, Professor Octavio Martinez presented the lecture "Vertical Integration and Location Decisions: Evidence from US Manufacturers in Mexico", for which he was awarded the "Best Paper Award". This recognition reflects the excellence of his research and his ability to address crucial issues in business management.
