INCAE The Business School and Correos de Costa Rica signed a framework collaboration agreement on Friday, November 22 with the aim of developing innovative strategies and strengthening leadership and management in both organizations.
The agreement, signed by Bernard Kilian, Dean of INCAE, and Mauricio Rojas Cartín, General Manager of Correos de Costa Rica, establishes an alliance that includes training programs, technical advice and the adoption of cutting-edge strategic approaches with the support of technological tools. These initiatives seek to promote innovation and continuous improvement in the business management of Correos de Costa Rica.
One of the key points of the agreement is the implementation of a pilot plan that will allow Correos de Costa Rica to apply strategic innovations in its business model, with the academic and technical support of INCAE. This plan includes the creation of joint trainings and the evaluation of their impact, as well as participation in specialized seminars and workshops.
The agreement also opens the door to opportunities for international cooperation and is expected to strengthen the capabilities of Correos de Costa Rica to meet current challenges, with a focus on sustainability and strategic development.
