The winners of this first edition have been selected for their professional commitment, for their comprehensive assessment and commitment to conscious capitalism, for their notable contribution to the creation of happier and more productive work environments, for their relentless pursuit of the symbiosis between professional challenges and family reconciliation, and for their desire for constant innovation and sustainable footprint.

Ruth Marie Canahuati Director of Audience Engagement of GRUPO OPSA and Estrategia & Negocios Magazine, highlighted that since its foundation in 1999, Estrategia & Negocios Magazine set out to make visible the leadership of women in the economic and social sphere of Central America. "In 2017, the Special and Event Mujeres Desafiantes was born, which in 8 years has projected more than 400 Central American women leaders who are entrepreneurs, innovators, pioneers, public officials, scientists, in the orange economy, women without limits and new generation. The alliance with AoH and INCAE to recognize the Mujeres Líderes Transformadoras 2024, is a great step to continue building a Central America with equity".
