The Center for Inclusive and Sustainable Leadership (CELIS) carries out a series of activities including webinars, talks and conferences, where best practices and experiences are shared to increase the visibility of the importance and impact of collaborative leadership. In addition, CELIS is dedicated to promoting inclusive and sustainable leadership through strategic alliances with other institutions working on leadership development in the region.

At an Executive Breakfast, organized by La República in Costa Rica, CELIS Chair, Camelia Ilie, shared the main findings on women's leadership issues in Latin America and the challenges faced by women CEOs. She also had the honor of leading a panel where she was accompanied by Monica Araya, executive president of Grupo INS; Montserrat Bonilla, head of legal, corporate security and compliance of Walmart Central America; Melissa Concepción, CEO and Founder of SOS Trabajo; Laura Moreno, vice president of corporate relations, marketing and sustainability of BAC Credomatic; and Jeannie Bonilla, country manager of Elev8 Costa Rica.
In the video cast Leadership Voices under the name "Digitalization: the great opportunity for women and business", we address how creativity and access to technology give visibility and create greater opportunities for young people and women.
This, our XVI virtual meeting led by Camelia Ilie, Dean of Strategy and Institutional Affairs at INCAE Business School, has as guest Franc Carreras, Associate Professor of Digital Marketing at ESADE and co-founder of MamisDigitales.org, who delves into how digitization can reduce one of the biggest gaps: the incorporation of women into the workforce.
