Guatemala, October 2, 2024. INCAE Business School commemorates six decades of academic excellence and leadership in the training of high-level executives in Latin America. As part of this celebration, INCAE returns to Guatemala with its Senior Management Program (PAG), one of the most prestigious educational initiatives in the region, designed to train the leaders of the future in a constantly changing business environment, which begins in November of this year in classroom mode.

The Senior Management Program (PAG) aims to equip managers and executives with innovative tools and a strategic vision that will enable them to face the current challenges of the business world, such as digitalization, sustainability and globalization. Program participants will have the opportunity to share experiences and learn from a renowned international faculty, all in an environment designed to drive professional and personal growth.

During the launch event in Guatemala, Enrique Bolaños, Rector of INCAE, highlighted the relevance of the program for the region: "Throughout these 60 years, we have contributed to the development of thousands of leaders in Latin America.
