The Christmas spirit arrived at the Walter Kissling Gam campus of INCAE Business School last Thursday, December 5, with the traditional Christmas lunch organized by the Student Life team. This event, which has become an annual tradition, brought together students from the various master's programs, faculty members and administrative staff, in an atmosphere of camaraderie, gratitude and celebration.

This year's Christmas luncheon had a special meaning, as it was held as part of the closing of the activities to commemorate the 60th anniversary of INCAE. Guests were greeted with warm words of welcome from Claudia Quintanilla, Student Life Manager.

Afterwards, the celebration was enriched with artistic presentations that added a special touch to the event. Juan Carlos Rojas, from MAIT, delighted those present with several Christmas carols, while MBA 2026 students also contributed with their musical talent, filling the atmosphere with joy and Christmas spirit.

During the event, Rector Enrique Bolaños expressed his gratitude and highlighted the diversity of programs and nationalities represented, which reflect the regional impact of the institution.

"This year has been particularly special for INCAE as we commemorate six decades of transforming lives in Latin America. Each of you, with your talent and commitment, carries this legacy forward, ensuring that our mission continues to make a difference in your communities and organizations," said the rector.

Attendees included MAIT 2025 students, representatives from MBA Online 2024, 2025 and 2026, the entire MBA 2026 cohort, EMBA 2024-II students, who are in their last module, and six exchange students from France, Germany and Belgium.

The Rector also congratulated the MAIT 2025 group on their next step in the PAIT (Project Analytics, Innovation and Technology), which will begin in January 2025, proudly sending them to countries such as Costa Rica, Guatemala, Ecuador and El Salvador. He also highlighted that this group and the EMBA 2024-II students will graduate in May, marking the closing of a transformative academic stage.

For his part, Dean Bernard Kilian welcomed MBA 2026 and offered words full of warmth and reflection: "Peace to all of you with your families and to the world. Enjoy this holiday season, celebrate with your family and loved ones."

After the welcome messages, attendees enjoyed a delicious lunch where students shared with members of the faculty and staff of INCAE. This activity was not only an opportunity to celebrate the year's achievements, but also to reinforce the values that unite the INCAE community: innovation, excellence and respect.

"This holiday season, I invite you to reflect on the purpose of Christmas: unity, gratitude and renewal. May the bonds you have built here transcend beyond the classroom, accompanying you on your journey as agents of change and transformational leaders." mentioned the rector.

The event concluded in a spirit of hope and optimism, reminding all present of the importance of sharing, gratitude and continuing to build a better future for Latin America.
