A project is a system of interrelated processes whose professional management involves a series of important steps.

In total there are 25 P's established within this system, and although each one of them is a vital part of a company when managing the project to be developed with its clients, five of them summarize the success of the organizations and their projects.

1. P for Systematic and systemic thinking

The systematic model is a logical sequence in the execution of the project, while the systemic model is a set of interdependent events. Here the objectives and sub-objectives of the project are generated, taking into account the client's needs.

2. P for Problem

One of the starting points of the projects. We try to solve a problem or satisfy a need by carrying out the project. There are two types of problems: those of the organization and those of projects and programs.

3. P for Participants

There are five main stakeholders in virtually any project: customers, senior management, sponsors, project managers and project teams. In addition, there are several types of stakeholders within the process, of which we must pay attention to the stakeholders, which is the customer who approves or accepts the product of our project.

4. P for Strategic Plan

Starting point of the organization's operation, a strong link between the business world and the construction of the project portfolio.
Dwight Eisenhower said: "The plan is useless, but the planning is all-important". This means that the plan has as many changes at the beginning as it does during the course of the project.

5. P for Portfolio

Dynamic part of the organization's activities, with the flow of projects and programs entering it as they become appropriate and leaving the portfolio upon completion.

"The objective of a project is to produce the agreed end results, especially deliverables, on the required date, within budget and within acceptable risk parameters."
