Therefore, we are excited to introduce the new executive leadership team that, together with our President, Camelia Ilie Cardoza, will work with passion and commitment to strengthen the relevance of our institution and increase its impact in the region.

This team is made up of highly experienced professionals, whose approach and experience will be key to continue transforming education and leadership in Latin America:

  • Professor Silke BucherDean of Faculty and Research
    With an outstanding academic and international career, Silke will lead the management of the Faculty, supporting research, pedagogical innovation and academic accreditation processes.
  • Professor Roy ZúñigaDean of Grade Programs
    Roy will be in charge of the Master's portfolio, promoting pedagogical innovation and adapting programs to market demands in order to fulfill our promise of lifelong learning.
  • Professor Carla Fernández CorralesSenior Director of Executive Education & INCAE Online
    A specialist in agile technologies and methodologies, Carla will lead the development of open, corporate and online programs, designing educational solutions tailored to the needs of executives and companies.
  • Professor Urs JägerSenior Director of Impact and Sustainability
    Urs will assume the coordination of the institution's impact and sustainability efforts, positioning INCAE as a global reference in these essential issues for the development of the region.

A team to transform education and the region

Each of these leaders brings with them a clear vision, accompanied by a deep commitment to the values and mission of INCAE. Their leadership will be key to continuing to foster the development of Latin American leaders with a global perspective and to generate a positive impact on society.
