Among the distinguished honorees, our Legal Director, Angela Mendieta, who is also the vice president of the WIP (Women in the Profession) Costa Rica chapter, was recognized for the second consecutive year.

Being part of this prestigious list is an honor that validates my trajectory and contribution to the legal world in Central America. This recognition reinforces my motivation to continue to excel in my field and to continue providing exceptional legal service to the business and legal community in the region.

How has your experience at INCAE influenced your career path and your recognition in the legal industry?

What advice would you offer to other legal professionals who aspire to achieve success in their careers?

For legal professionals who aspire to success, I would advise them to focus on constantly developing their legal skills and knowledge, cultivate effective leadership to guide teams with integrity, build a solid network of contacts in the social fabric, embrace innovation to adapt to a changing environment, maintain a balance between their work and personal life, invest in their personal and professional growth, provide exceptional service based on ethics and integrity, face challenges with determination, and learn from mistakes as opportunities for continuous growth. Success in a legal career is achieved with hard work, dedication and a mindset of constant improvement.
