Panama, July 10, 2024. Recognizing education as a fundamental pillar, MetroBank signs agreement with INCAE Business School. The Financial Group has decided to strengthen its commitment through a strategic collaboration with the Executive Center of INCAE in Panama. This center stands as a bastion of educational excellence aimed at senior executives in the region, being an academic institution recognized both nationally and internationally.

The agreement signed by Ernesto A. Boyd Jr., Executive Vice President and General Manager of MetroBank and Enrique Bolaños, Rector of INCAE, aims to strengthen the link between the financial sector and academia, creating opportunities for growth and welfare for the business community in the region.

Other participants included Aixa V. González D., from the Institutional Development Department of INCAE Business School, María Teresa Jaramillo, Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs of MetroBank, Eyda Varela de Chinchilla, Corporate Director of INCAE Business School and Diego Herrera, President of the National Committee of INCAE in Panama.

 

This agreement reinforces the commitment of both entities to the economic and social development of the country and its leadership. Together, they seek to create a positive and lasting impact that will benefit present and future generations.

Enrique Bolaños, Rector of INCAE Business School commented that "It is thanks to allies such as MetroBank that bet on education as a fundamental pillar of development, that we can make possible the Executive Center of INCAE in Panama, which will allow us to bring our mission to more executives in the region".

This center will offer programs specifically designed to train business leaders, who will travel once a month to this country for a week to enrich their knowledge and skills, offering more opportunities to serve students from South America and the Caribbean.
