The members of this foundation meet every two years in person, in addition to holding two annual virtual meetings with the Rector of INCAE, Enrique Bolaños. The 2023 meeting was attended by Bob Bruner, Victor Balestra, Cristina Lopez-Gottardi Chao, Larry Slesinger, Roberto Artavia, Brizio Biondi-Morra, Federico Sacasa and Francisco de Sola.
In the morning they held a meeting with the Rector of INCAE, and later had lunch with the Deans. Then they met with 8 MBA Full-Time students, scholarship recipients of the foundation, and talked with them to learn about their experiences.

The activity continued with a visit to the facilities of this institution by the Ambassador of the United States of America in Costa Rica, Mrs. Cynthia A. Telles, who held a meeting with them to learn more about the foundation and discuss relevant issues of the country.
In addition, they participated in discussions with the directors of the Impact Centers of INCAE, Ronald Arce of the Latin American Center for Competitiveness and Sustainable Development (CLACDS) and Gabriela Lucke of the Center for Inclusive and Sustainable Leadership (CELIS), in which also participated Jaime Garcia and Dean Bernard Kilian, closing with a tour of the new Virtual Classroom, guided by Wendy Rodriguez, Director of Institutional Advancement, LatAm of INCAE.

The INCAE Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Virginia, USA, governed by a Board of Directors comprised of business leaders and other dignitaries from the U.S. and Central America. Since the 1980s, the Foundation's mission has been to support the Sustainable Development of Latin America by administering the principal scholarship fund for MBA candidates at INCAE Business School.
